How to preview PHP in c panel..

I am new to this..

1) I went to cpanel and click on public view folder then
2) selected a php file and
3) clicked view

then its showing

my quistion is why its whowing something like that?

Am I not permitted to view the file??

Second think is when I am clicking the site I can see and brows

but when I am in the cpanel how can I preview?

Also, when I clicking edit it also showing garbage..

What to do ..What I am missing here?

Are you using the file manager? If so, which one?

Which editor are you using in cPanel?

In side file manager on top written "edit" ..I used that one ..

1) selected the file I wanted to edit
2) then clicked edit button..
