I think you read the errors wrong. It is the GlowHost mailserver blocking your server because it is in a blacklist at Spamcop.

So, 207.69.195.70 has a problem with their server sending Spam, and since we don't like Spam on our machines being delivered to our users, any mail coming from that IP address will be banned until they correct the problem with the abuse coming from that IP.

Just looked them up, and it looks like earthlink is the culprit.

I'd call up Earthlink and ask them why they are listed on Spamcop and to correct the problem.

But then I just got back from Spamcop and typed in the IP address above and it said it was no longer listed.

Thats what I said above. Looks like Earthlink fixed their problem.
