can't login to myglowhost account

I can't login. does anyone know why? it doesn't load when I press "login". I was able to login fine yesterday.

I need technical support.

i think i may have fixed my problem. it was a php.ini thing.

i still can't login to support... but now it's not as essential.

Well, they just updated the GlowHost Account Manager login today. Can you describe the problem in more detail? Or perhaps the new login works for you?

What browser are you using?

I tried in IE8 and Firefox and I couldn't login with either. There is no error, nothing happens when I click the login button. It seems like it's inactive.

Are you running a modern version of Firefox? I just tested in the latest version and it is working fine on Windows.

IE8 is no longer supported, I suggest an upgrade to IE9 and see how it goes. I will add a note for the development team that they should detect old browsers and give a specific error message.

Let us know if a newer browser works. If not I can provide you with a link to the old login.
