If you can access your GlowHost Account Manger located here:
http://glowhost.com/login/client.php then click on "Manage my Domains" and you will see an option to reset your cPanel and FTP password. Your username is also stored in your account manager for your convenience.

If that does not work for you, please submit a ticket to the "login problems" department at our helpdesk and we would be happy to assist.

What is the URL you are using to try to connect to cPanel? Did you try accessing it from within your myGlow Account Manager under the "Manage My Domains" Section?

Perform the following steps to log in with your cPanel account:
1. In the Username text box, type your cPanel username.
2. In the Password text box, type your password.
3. Click the Login button. After that, the cPanel Home interface will appear.
