    Default Can not open a trouble ticket... site down

    Please help... I am trying to open a trouble ticket... the system tells me to log in. I complete the process and it still says I am not logged in. Our site momsinstyle dot com (can't post the link, not enough posts) is down... Internet can not connect to it. We are on the Cleo server. This is the third outage that we have had in a week and a half....

    It is back up now... I tried for 15 minutes to open the ticket though. Any reasons why this would happen? Thanks, Lisa

    Hi, your site is up and running. Also, there are no problems with the Cleo server. I suppose, you have some problems with the ISP. Please, try to access your site/our ticket system using another ISP.

    You also might try checking from a different remote location, using other computers on the Internet if you cannot easily get yourself connected on another ISP.

    You can check from several other geographic locations this way at the same time.

    You can test yourself at the following URL:

    SiteUptime - Website Monitoring Service

    This will tell you that other locations can see the server fine, (or not fine) as well.

    You should also be able to see your site as well using a web based proxy like proxify.com, or any of the other web based proxy sites like the ones you see at CyberSyndrome : Web-based Proxy

    It too contains some useful information for diagnosing connectivity issues.
