I don't quite understand bandwidth. WIth the 3 star package how much do I have? And does it reset every month?

With the 3 Star package, per this page:

You would (at the time of this posing) get 6,500 megs of transfer every month. The meter resets itself on the 1st day of the month at 12:01 am

Ok so bandwidth is the amount of stuff I can upload per month?

Then what about traffic. Is there a limit to the number of people that can come to my site?

Bandwidth is a measure of data transfer. So uploads count, email traffic, and users downloading files are all examples of things that would consume your monthly bandwidth allotment.

There is no limit on the number of people that can come to the site. The limits are set by how much data they consume. It is a similar approach the electric company takes as to how much electricity you might use at your house every month.
