Yep, that is a domain transfer to Instapro.net. Probably in your case if you have lots of them (or even a couple) use the "bulk transfer" option. That will save you a little coin.

You can take it a step further once you have them all consolidated and change the renew date on the domains to all be the same so you only have the one bill annually.

Not sure on your question about how it can be priced by the year. What did you mean?
