I need to install an ssl. This is what I currently do.

cpanel > SSL/TLS Manager

- I create a Private Keys (KEY)
- Generate a Certificate Signing Requests (CSR)
- get the CRT I purchased and try to upload it through Certificates (CRT)

It does not work. Where did I go wrong?
