How to install an SSL

I need to install an ssl. This is what I currently do.

cpanel > SSL/TLS Manager

- I create a Private Keys (KEY)
- Generate a Certificate Signing Requests (CSR)
- get the CRT I purchased and try to upload it through Certificates (CRT)

It does not work. Where did I go wrong?

You will need to contact our support for the SSL installation as this feature is not available on shared servers for end-users and can be installed only by our staff.

i'm on a dedicated server

If you are on a dedicated server then you can install a SSL certificate via WHM interface (WHM -> Install a SSL Certificate and Setup the Domain).
