    Default XSL extension

Good day, hope you are well.
I just installed Joomla, and the component SobiPRO - after installation, an message came up that the server doesnt meet the requirements. Only one of the requirements is crucial though, and that is:

    XSL extension not available

Is there any way to fix this? The other requirements are not crucial, but just for interest sake, they are:

Cannot determine the Apache version. Please ensure that you are using at least Apache 2.0.0.
Tidy - HTML clean and repair utility is not available. It's not a tragedy but it would be helpful to have it
Memory limit is: 32. A bit more would be better.
The recommended MySQL version is 5.1.0 but the installed version is 5.0.92

Just thought I'd try to find a solution

    Thanks in advance!

    Hello Jody,

They're specific server settings. Please open a trouble ticket and let us know how we can make the check or reproduce the problem on our end.

    Thank you.

Hey there, thnks for replying so quickly...
I tried to submit a ticket (in ie and Safari) but i get this error:

    Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Is this a problem on my side?

I opened a ticket for you at our helpdesk Jody. We will have some answers for you soon.

Incidentally, the helpdesk is now fixed, so tickets will work now too.
