I had a certificate expire and don't have an email reminder for that invoice from what I can find.

If a renewing service was ordered for the SSL then you should have an invoice for it in myGlow > Invoices and Payments.

If your SSL certificate had expire, then you can revenue your ssl certificate to contact your web providers. So that they can resolve you issue. or if you get any invoice regarding payment and reminder to update to ssl. Then you can see that in your web hosting account > invoices and payments.
Obtain a new SSL/TLS certificate.
The first step is to create a CSR. You'll need to generate a new CSR to renew an SSL/TLS certificate.
Step 2: Go to your account and log in.
Step 3: Complete the renewal form.
Step 4: The SSL/TLS certificate is issued.
Step 5: Renew your SSL/TLS certificate and install it.
