I actually spent 2 hours waiting for them to respond via their online chat to gain access to the domain. Which, of course, had to be elevated to a domain specialist - give me a break!
I'm still waiting for the information....

The thing that stinks is it wasn't a free domain name - she paid 7.95 for the registration.

The very best part about her old host is: when I changed her maindomain DNS - they billed her credit card 4 days early! When she called and demanded the refund - even though her current subscription was still valid - they deleted all the files so she was in "deadzone" until it resolved.

Pretty crappy operations.... she did some research after we got everything resolved and I guess these people have mutilple complaints against them...just shows you should really do some research.

I really did not want to move from my other hosting provider, but I did do research and even tried 4 other hosting providers before choosing glowhost. I usually cancelled within 24 hours as I knew what I expected from a hosting provider and what was not going to work for me.

I am so-o-o-o glad to be at glowhost!!
