How do I add a line to .htaccess that gives the forbidden error code for subdirectories without an index file?

Also...client can't access his webmail from work:

I just get a page that’s says detecting internet, and two boxes to choose from. One says are you blocked by a firewall and the other says click here if you have no firewall. When I click on both boxes I get the page un available same thing with that missy gens link page not available.

Any suggestions?

Yes, this is the line you need to out into your .htaccess file in order to prohibit directory content listing.

As for the webmail issue, please, submit a trouble ticket.
