Also...client can't access his webmail from work:

I just get a page that’s says detecting internet, and two boxes to choose from. One says are you blocked by a firewall and the other says click here if you have no firewall. When I click on both boxes I get the page un available same thing with that missy gens link page not available.
Any suggestions?
