This is an important scheduled maintenance notice from GlowHost which affects our Montreal, Ontario location. Please read the following information carefully.

Please be advised that on January 16th, our Montreal (ON) facility will undergo a brief network maintenance. The purpose of this maintenance is to upgrade networking equipment.

Maintenance Window: Maintenance will begin on January 16th (Thursday) starting at 7:00 AM US Eastern. Maintenance is expected to conclude an hour later at 8:00 AM.

Numerous precautions are in place to ensure that the maintenance happens as seamlessly as possible. While we do anticipate a brief interruption for up to 15 minutes, we do ask that you prepare for potential downtime of the full maintenance window in the case of unforeseen circumstances.

As with any maintenance and at all times, all GlowHost clients are encouraged to make sure that they have downloaded recent backups of account data. In fact, making sure you have recent backups at all times is part of best practices when maintaining a web site.

Please be advised that the maintenance has been rescheduled to occur on January 23rd. The scope of the maintenance has not changed. Maintenance will occur 1 hour earlier with a risk of a 30 minute interruption. The conclusion time remains unchanged.

Maintenance Window: Maintenance will begin on January 23rd (Thursday) starting at 6:00 AM US Eastern. Maintenance is expected to conclude an hour later at 8:00 AM.
