Missy Server Down
The server Missy is down, and currently running fsck. We are waiting for it to finish. Once it does, sites should become available again. We do not have any estimate on time right now. Linux takes anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours to run it's disk check utility.
If anything changes, we will be sure to post about it here.

After fsck Missy came back on temporarily and then the primary drive failed. Right now we have to replace the primary drive and reload the OS and cPanel. This process can take several hours depending on how fast the cPanel and Linux mirrors are running. Once cPanel is installed we will begin loading backups of your sites.
Please understand that eventually all hard drves break and need replacement. Sometimes they give more warning about pending failure, and sometimes they just die without any warning. In this case there was not much warning and the only possible fix is to replace the drive and load backups.
We will update you here with progress updates. if you have questions, please ask here instead of opening a trouble ticket so that we can avoid answering the same questions for everyone in private help tickets.
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused and should have things back and running very soon.

The OS and cPanel have been installed. We are going to start resuming backups very shortly.

65% of all the accounts are restored. Restoration is still in progress.

The Backup system is currently working on usernames alphabetically A-Z. Right now it is finishing up the usernames that begin with "t" so we are nearly finished.

All sites have been restored. If you have any issues with any sites please open a ticket at our helpdesk.
