Infrastructure Upgrades & Migrations - Foxtrot + Vern

As part of our commitment to provide top quality web hosting services, maintenance is required and has been scheduled for the following servers. Foxtrot and Vern.

Please read these details carefully:

Server Name: Foxtrot + Vern
Service Start Date: Friday, 31 August, 2018
Service Window: Starting Friday, ongoing until complete.
Details: Due to recent infrastructure upgrades, we'll be moving accounts from some of our older servers to new state-of-the-art servers.
Expected Downtime: No downtime expected

Important: The Vern server is only being split to ease up on loads. Not all clients on Vern will be migrated. Those affected will be reached out to directly by ticket.

This means work will begin at some point during this time specified in the service window above, unless unexpected situations arise. During this service window, no downtime is expected.

When the maintenance is complete, you will be notified to update your nameservers or the IP your domain points to.

As always, we recommend that you have local copies of your web site in the event of unforeseen issues which may result in complete and total data loss on the server. While we do not anticipate this to be an issue, it is always a wise choice to have copies of your web site in multiple locations.

You can make copies of your web site using the backup option in your cPanel.
