Helga outage

The hard drive got crashed on Helga earlier tonight and was not even detected in BIOS. We have replaced it with another drive and restored all accounts from backups. We apologize for this outage. That was the only way to get the server back online along with all accounts hosted on it.
We are now recompiling PHP on the server to get all PHP driven websites working. We will update the thread when PHP is compiled on the server.

I knew something was wrong with it. Could this be the reason by database connections in MySql are not responding?

PHP was recompiled on Helga. All PHP based websites are functioning properly now.

We have restored all MySQL users, databases and pivileges on the server. If you still have this mysql connection problem, please submit a trouble ticket and we will look into your issue.
