This is an important scheduled maintenance notice from GlowHost that affects the Olga server. Please read the following information carefully.

Our monitoring systems have notified us that the Olga server is experiencing a fault with one of the hard drives, and our administrators have scheduled a replacement for the faulty drive. Please be advised that on June 11th (Sunday), we will be conducting maintenance on the Olga server, and services will be temporarily unavailable for a short period.

Maintenance Window: Maintenance will begin on Sunday, June 11th starting at 2:00 AM EST. The maintenance is expected to conclude at 4:00 AM EST.

Numerous precautions are in place to ensure that the maintenance happens as seamlessly as possible. While we anticipate a brief interruption for up to an hour while the hard drive is being replaced, we do ask that you prepare for potential downtime of the full maintenance window in the case of unforeseen circumstances.

As with any maintenance and at all times, all GlowHost clients are encouraged to make sure that they have downloaded recent backups of account data. In fact, making sure you have recent backups at all times is part of best practices when maintaining a website.
