This is an important scheduled maintenance notice from GlowHost that affects the Lima server. Please read the following information carefully.

Our monitoring systems have notified us that the Lima server is experiencing a fault with one of the hard drives, and our administrators have scheduled a replacement for the faulty drive. Please be advised that on July 5th (tonight), we will be conducting maintenance on the Lima server. We do not expect any downtime since the hard drive will be hot swapped.

Maintenance Window: Maintenance will begin tonight, July 5th starting at 2:00 AM EST. The maintenance is expected to conclude at 4:00 AM EST.

Numerous precautions are in place to ensure that the maintenance happens as seamlessly as possible. While we do not anticipate any downtime, we do ask that you prepare for potential downtime of the full maintenance window in the case of unforeseen circumstances.

As with any maintenance and at all times, all GlowHost clients are encouraged to make sure that they have downloaded recent backups of account data. In fact, making sure you have recent backups at all times is part of best practices when maintaining a website.
