GNAX datacenter is experiencing network outage in some parts of the datacenter. As GNAX network support team has told, the upstream network change has caused this outage (influenced on subnetworks).
Unfortunately this caused problems with our cloud servers, since they are located in GNAX datacenter. Some parts of Storage Area Network (SAN) are not accessible and virtual machines that are using them are not responding (or extremely slow).
We do our best to speed up the process, but right now we don't have any ETA. We will update this thread once we have more information.
