Scheduled Migration and Upgrades (Delta and Nelly Servers)

This is an important scheduled maintenance notice from GlowHost which affects the delta.gendns.com and nelly.gendns.com servers. Please read the following information carefully.

As part of our mission to provide the best web hosting services, we are announcing that we will be migrating all clients from the Delta and Nelly servers to brand new, and upgraded hardware.

Please be advised that on August 19th and August 20th, we will transfer client accounts from both Delta and Nelly servers respectively to the new Intrepid server. All clients have been notified directly by email with more details.

Migration Window For Delta: The migration will begin on August 19th (Tuesday) at 9:00 PM Eastern.

Migration Window For Nelly: The migration will begin on August 20th (Wednesday) at 9:00 PM Eastern.

Migrations will be ongoing until all clients have been transferred to the new server.

We do not expect any downtime, however we do ask that you prepare for potential downtime of the full maintenance window in the case of unforeseen circumstances.

As with any maintenance and at all times, all GlowHost clients are encouraged to make sure that they have downloaded recent backups of account data. In fact, making sure you have recent backups at all times is part of best practices when maintaining a web site.
