This is an important scheduled maintenance notice from GlowHost that affects our Nelly server in our Salt Lake City, UT location. Please read the following information carefully.

Please be advised that on October 3rd, the server Nelly will be undergoing emergency maintenance on the power units over a 2 hour maintenance window.

Maintenance Window: The Nelly server will undergo power maintenance on October 3rd, 2024. Maintenance will begin at 11:00AM EDT, and is expected to conclude at 13:00 EDT.

Numerous precautions are in place to ensure that the maintenance happens as seamlessly as possible. While we do not anticipate any complications with this maintenance, and anticipate the maintenance will be brief, we do ask that you prepare for potential downtime of the full maintenance window in the case of unforeseen circumstances.

As with any maintenance and at all times, all GlowHost clients are encouraged to make sure that they have downloaded recent backups of account data. In fact, making sure you have recent backups at all times is part of best practices when maintaining a web site.
