[PHPMotion] Change the player logo for PHPmotion

To change the player logo simply change the file /images_s/playerlogo.png

You can create your own image with the same name but it must be a png file and not gif, jpeg etc

After I created what I wanted at cooltext, I used paint.NET (a free software download) to resize and used the translucence tool to get opacity.
