I need to add more domains to my whitelist - is there a file (and where is it) that I can edit directly?

Also, I don't see the "enable spam box" feature - can I get that or is just not an option?

You can try to edit whitelist file in .spamassassin folder, file user_prefs
And regarding spam box feature, unfortunately, we do not provide it on our shared servers.
