Okay cool so I had database error issues and was told by one of the techs that I may need to upgrade to a Professional server because I have an unlimited server but what I want to know is since my account opened in September, will I have to pay for a year on a Professional server or do I get a prorated amount for the year I've already paid up?
Does that make sense? It doesn't feel like it coming off my fingertips...

If you are applicable for a credit we would apply it without any problems. You should mention this in the ticket where you request the upgrade. We will subtract this credit from your new invoice for your Professional account.

I'm getting way too many 500 server errors so I just might have to upgrade both the vBulletin software and move to a new server...if I need to upgrade to 3.8 (currently on 3.7...yes I know...) plus move the server, how much will that cost me?

I'll send a ticket because I just spent 20 minutes trying to get into my site today. This is getting ridiculous and I'm not sure what's going on; whether it's a software issue with vBulletin or if it's a server issue...all I know is I'm really not happy with all of these problems and need to isolate what's going on...
