help please

i signed on my account to do a trouble ticket. i can look at everthing however when i click on trouble ticket i get a message saying it was moved to click here then i get a message that says This Account Has Been Suspended. can you please let me know what is going on

I also get same problem then i have mailed to admin but i can't get any response.
