    Default Django and Python

I would like to install Django but it seems that some python things are required. Is it possible for this to be installed or the hosting to be setup to install this.

Install instructions with details of needed things. How to install Django

    Thanks

Hello, I'm afraid this script requires Apache 2.x and mod_python 3.x which are not enabled on our shared servers yet. We are considering their usage in future, but I can't tell you how much time it will take to consider and test. But in the same time, this configuration can be implemented om our VPS or dedicated servers now.

All the shared servers will be upgraded to Apache 2 when we remove PHP4 as a system option. This is planned for around Aug 2008 when the PHP team will no longer offer security patches for PHP4. They have already stopped updating PHP4 versions and currently are only offering security patches.

Since we are doing a major configuration change on the servers around this time, it will be a good time to get Apache2 running on the shared servers.
