I've only played the first mission, but this game looks really good. I have some questions for anyone that has played it though.

Will i suffer from malaria throughout the whole game?

When can i get a sniper rifle?

How far reaching are the consequences of my actions? And can you give an example.

They aren't huge, from what I've seen. If you do an optional mission to flood a valley, that valley will stay flooded. There's also which of your buddies live and die, which can change the story slightly. I was a bad person, or so everyone kept telling me - all I did was carry out my given tasks.
