USA has developed new kind of secret weapon. It's like a bomb, but after it blows all creatures die but wealth is left not damaged.
Russia also has developed new secret weapon - ensign (praporshik) platoon - after they land, all creatures stay but all wealth disappear.

Matt you should email to US government and ask to turn off HAARP at least while you are not far from Russia. And in winter they may enable it again
