Virtual Private Servers - Status report

VPS are getting closer. The datacenter move is underway which has been a major focal point. When the dust settles from the move we will be focusing much of time on our VPS solutions.

We need to fill 100 or so more cPanel accounts in the mean time which should take about a month or so from now, and when that target has been reached we will begin to break out our VPS solutions.

Reason is we have made a few recent investments including a pair of brand new RAID 1 machines for our Professional shared web hosting customers and resellers, a pair of hardware load balancers, and other specialty servers.

The Raid machines are well under capacity right now, and those users that sign up for Prefessional shared web hosting plans are in for a real treat for some time to come. In any case, before more "production" hardware is brought online, we need to fill up those Raid units.

We will be posting soon with more information on our managed virtual private servers. Anyone interested in Beta testing the new VPS production units, please let me know in this thread or via PM.

At long last, VPS are now available in either cPanel or Plesk flavors.
