Moving website without downtime

I am attempting to rehost my website with my glowhost reseller account. This is my first website that I am porting over. I would like to see the entire website up and running under my glowhost account before resetting my registrar to point at glowhost's servers. My problem is in porting my database and cgi-scripts. I've duplicated the database on my glowhost account, and copied the cgi scripts over as well. However, when I go to execute the cgi script using my temporary glowhost URL, I get an internal error. The scripts have execute permission, and the only changes I've made to the scripts are to use the correct database name and userid. I don't know what else to check. Any suggestions?

I found my error. I forgot to change my include path. DOH!
