Blackberry email issues
I have a client who I host which is having issues with his blackberry retrieving his e-mails.
For some reason, blackberry.com starts sending error messages about needing to reset or re-enter his password. He went through the settings with blackberry and each time they reconfigure the e-mail account it works for about an hour and then starts sending the error message again.
Any ideas? Would the spam settings have anything to do with this?

The last blackberry I configured with cPanel the settings were all done on the phone and there was no need for blackberry.com.
The spam settings should not have anything to do with it. Perhaps it is set to check to frequently. What is the error message?

Invalid password. Action required you must go in and update your password. E-mails are not being delivered to your blackberry. Then gives instructions on how to update the password. Message is from blackberry.com
His personal hotmail account works fine.

That does not make any sense if you have verified the logins work fine manually by logging into webmail for example. If the logins work fine then that would seem to be a bug on blackberry's side or an inaccurate error response. Blackberry.com support will be able to see in the logs the real reason if you find the logins do actually work at the same time they report that they do not work.

Okay. Thanks Matt!
I know his passwords work on his PC at the office. I'll get with him and maybe do a conference call to talk to blackberry also.
