Fair Market Value?
I had a rental application form that I had already programmed to post to a database and email my client based on community selected.
What I needed was for the form to do some error checking and to echo the error below the field that needed corrected as well as re-focus in the field needing correction. I needed the script to not process unless it passed all the errors.
The amount of fields checked was 39...
What would be the normal programming cost be for the additional features I needed?
-
Are you asking what it would cost for you to hire a PHP programmer to fix the form?
-
Well... I want to know if what I paid is what I should have so I can bill my client.
-
$100-$200 bucks I would say from the basic description.

Is glowhost doing any php programming for clients?
-
Depends on who it is for... I am sure we can find time for you. :):)
-
ahhh...shucks. :)
Actually, it's for my sister and I - both GH resellers. It's pretty complicated but I do need to obtain a quote on some shopping cart tweaks and how to take the items ordered and processed with php and have it converted to an XML file and either stored or emailed to store owner.
We're intending to get a managed dedicated server for a new site and need the programming in place before we go live in July/August.
Interested in the programming?

I am not, but I know someone who is :)
Please open a ticket at the help desk and reference this thread and I will see that it gets directed to the right person.

Sounds good Matt - I'll try to get some pseudo code/ ideas written and get it submitted.
Thanks so much!!

Hi there!
Sorry, I wasn't able to show-up earlier.
Lynne, please, submit the ticket with the task description and we will see what we can do for you.

Hi Dmitriy -
I need to do a fresh install on the new domain and get my code together so I can explain what I need in some sort of comprehensible way.
I'll try to submit a ticket this weekend sometime. :)
Thanks for replying!
