Swish is a great program and a very cost effective alternate to FLASH CS-whatever. Each could be used to design a complete site. Keep in mind that Search Engines view SWF sites as artwork therefore the content of the site is not indexed very well, if at all. Using swish to design elements like navigation or interactive section on any of your sites pages make more sense. And for that swish is a perfect tool.
