Oops lol, then it can not be done yet? I thought that if I could, but could not find it.

Maybe I am not following what you are requesting?

This is what exists now:

Auto-Moderation: Bad Words
If any of these keywords (one keyword per line) appears in a new thread or reply, it will automatically be placed under Moderation. Enter Keywords in lowercase only.

...So, those words will always be moderated.
