    Default Domain Extensions

    Good day, hope ur well...
Im considering one of the reseller plans, and I was wondering if the servers support the hosting of .co.za domains (I can register the domain myself via SA's registrar) - I live in SA and many of my clients will want a .co.za domain....

    Thanks in advance!

    Hello Jody,

Yes, our servers support such domains. Actually you can host any domains you wish without any restrictions.
    Have no fear,

Hi guys, hope you are well...
I've ben using the GlowHost reseller program, and everything works perfectly. Im having trouble with co.za domains though. Each time I try to register or transfer a co.za domain to my server at GlowHost, it always fails with a "no nameservers found" error. I create the domains account in WHM, and the domain is listed in the DNS zone list....is there something obvious that i might be doing wrong? I've never had any such problems with .com or co.uk domains...

    Thanks in advance

    Hello Jody,

    Thank you for the question.

In order to add domain on a server you need to change NS for a domain or point it to our servers (change A record).

A company registered the domain for me, and used their nameservers initially. Now, I want to change the details at the registrar to point to GlowHost. However, the ticket keeps getting rejected, saying that there are "no nameservers found"

    Any ideas?

    Hello Jody,

I suggest you to open a ticket and provide us with the domain name. The forum isn't the place to share sensitive information.
