    I ordered a budget space 12 hours ago, so far, I did not receive any email or phone call for confirmation.

    Is there anyone can help to check the status of my order?

    Following is the order details:

    Please open a ticket at our helpdesk if you have not received the welcome letter and we will paste a copy online for you to download... I've just sent you another copy though.

    You might look in your spam folders to see if your spam settings filtered the email.

    Actually, I have already submitted a ticket in "Pre-Sales Questions" field. However, so far now response.

    I don't see any tickets from you. What is the ticket number that you received in your email and on-screen when you submitted the ticket?
