Emergency Network Maintenance (Quebec Server) - 18th October, 2025 (US Eastern Time)

This is an important emergency maintenance notice from GlowHost which affects the quebec.gendns.com server in our Quebec, Canada location. Please read the following information carefully.

Please be advised that on October 18th, the Quebec server will undergo network maintenance.

Maintenance Window: Maintenance will begin on October 18th (Saturday) at 2:00 AM Eastern. Maintenance is expected to conclude at 6:00 AM Eastern.

Numerous precautions are in place to ensure that the maintenance happens as seamlessly as possible. While we do anticipate an interruption to the services for up to 30 minutes during the maintenance, we do ask that you prepare for potential downtime of the full maintenance window in the case of unforeseen circumstances.

As with any maintenance and at all times, all GlowHost clients are encouraged to make sure that they have downloaded recent backups of account data. In fact, making sure you have recent backups at all times is part of best practices when maintaining a web site.
