Scheduled Network Maintenance (Orlando, FL) - July 31st, 2024

This is an important scheduled maintenance notice from GlowHost which affects our Orlando, FL location. Please read the following information carefully.

Please be advised that on July 31st, our Orlando FL facility will undergo network maintenance. The purpose of this maintenance is to upgrade one of the core routers.

Maintenance Window: Maintenance will begin on July 31st (Wednesday) starting at 11:00 PM Eastern. Maintenance is expected to conclude on August 1st (Thursday) at 3:00 AM.

Numerous precautions are in place to ensure that the maintenance happens as seamlessly as possible. While we do not anticipate downtime during the maintenance window, we do expect increased latency that may last for up to 20 minutes during the maintenance window. We do ask that you prepare for potential downtime of the full maintenance window in the case of unforeseen circumstances.

As with any maintenance and at all times, all GlowHost clients are encouraged to make sure that they have downloaded recent backups of account data. In fact, making sure you have recent backups at all times is part of best practices when maintaining a web site.
