Scheduled Network Maintenance (Orlando, FL) - February 24, 2023

This is an important scheduled maintenance notice from GlowHost that affects our Orlando, FL location. Please read the following information carefully.

Please be advised that on February 24th, our Orlando, FL facility will undergo a brief network maintenance. The purpose of this maintenance is to apply software updates, update core network configuration elements, and to implement newer technologies in order to enhance the network's resilience.

Maintenance Window: Maintenance will begin on February 24th (Friday) starting at 10:00 PM EST. Maintenance is expected to conclude on February 25th (Saturday) at 2:00 AM EST.

Numerous precautions are in place to ensure that the maintenance happens as seamlessly as possible. While we anticipate a temporary interruption lasting the duration of the reboot, we do ask that you prepare for potential downtime of the full maintenance window in the case of unforeseen circumstances.

As with any maintenance and at all times, all GlowHost clients are encouraged to make sure that they have downloaded recent backups of account data. In fact, making sure you have recent backups at all times is part of best practices when maintaining a web site.
