Network Maintenance - Phoenix, AZ - June 9, 2022 4:00 AM - 8:00 AM EST

This is an important scheduled maintenance notice from GlowHost that affects our Phoenix, Arizona datacenter location. Please read the following information carefully.

Our datacenter team has informed us that they will be conducting maintenance on the network infrastructure within the Phoenix, AZ data center. Please be advised that on June 9th (Thursday), the network may become interrupted for a brief period during the maintenance window.

Maintenance Window: Maintenance will begin on Thursday, June 9th starting at 4:00 AM EST. The maintenance is expected to conclude at 8:00 AM EST.

Numerous precautions are in place to ensure that the maintenance happens as seamlessly as possible. While we anticipate a brief interruption lasting about a minute to shift traffic to redundant paths during the maintenance period, we do ask that you prepare for potential downtime of the full maintenance window in the case of unforeseen circumstances.

As with any maintenance and at all times, all GlowHost clients are encouraged to make sure that they have downloaded recent backups of account data. In fact, making sure you have recent backups at all times is part of best practices when maintaining a web site.
