Network Maintenance - Salt Lake City, UT - December 9th, 2021 6:00 PM - Midnight EST

This is an important maintenance notice from GlowHost that affects the below servers and/or services. Please read the following information carefully.

Our data center team has informed us that they will be conducting maintenance on the network infrastructure within the Salt Lake City, UT data center. Please be advised that on December 9th (Thursday), the networks that connect the below servers and/or services will become inaccessible for a short period during the maintenance window.

- GlowHost.com
- GlowHost Help Desk
- myGlow Account Manager

Maintenance Window: Maintenance will begin on Thursday, December 9th starting at 6:00 PM EST. The maintenance is expected to conclude at midnight.

Numerous precautions are in place to ensure that the maintenance happens as seamlessly as possible. While we anticipate the maintenance window to last about 15 minutes, we do ask that you prepare for potential downtime of the full maintenance window in the case of unforeseen circumstances.

As with any maintenance and at all times, all GlowHost clients are encouraged to make sure that they have downloaded recent backups of account data. In fact, making sure you have recent backups at all times is part of best practices when maintaining a web site.
