Network Maintenance - November 4th, 2021 12:00 AM - 6:00 AM EDT

This is an important maintenance notice from GlowHost that affects one or more of your services with us. Please read the following information carefully.

As part of our commitment to provide top quality web hosting services, we are conducting a brief network maintenance that will require upgrading our network infrastructure within the Salt Lake City, UT data center. Please be advised that on November 4th, your services hosted on the following server will be affected by this maintenance.

Affected Services:

- nelly.gendns.com
- zed.gendns.com

Maintenance Window: Maintenance will begin on Thursday, November 4th starting at 12:00 AM EDT (midnight). The expected conclusion is at 6:00 AM EDT.

Numerous precautions are in place to ensure that the maintenance happens as seamlessly as possible. While we anticipate the maintenance window to last no more than 15 minutes, we do ask that you prepare for potential downtime of the full maintenance window in the case of unforeseen circumstances.

As with any maintenance, you are encouraged to make sure that you have downloaded recent backups of your websites. In fact, making sure you have recent backups at all times is part of best practices when maintaining a web site.
