As part of our commitment to provide top quality web hosting services, on May 26th at 8:00 PM EDT, we will be conducting maintenance to improve the infrastructure in our Salt Lake City, UT location. Please be advised that your services hosted on the olga.gendns.com server will be affected by this maintenance.

Affected Services: Accounts on the Olga (olga.gendns.com) server

Maintenance Window: The maintenance window begins Wednesday, May 26, 2021 starting at 8:00 PM EDT. The expected conclusion is at 2:00 AM EDT on Thursday, May 27.

Numerous precautions are in place to ensure that the maintenance happens as seamlessly as possible. While the maintenance may take significantly less time than projected, we do ask that you prepare for the potential downtime of up to 2 hours.

As with any maintenance, you are encouraged to make sure that you have downloaded recent backups of your websites. In fact, making sure you have recent backups at all times is part of best practices when maintaining a web site. This can be done from inside your cPanel using the Backups icon.
