Notice to all GlowHost customers hosting in our Salt Lake City, Utah location for the server uniform.gendns.com.
As part of our commitment to provide all of our customers the best possible services and infrastructure, we're sending out notice of a planned maintenance that may affect your services in our Salt Lake City, Utah location tomorrow (April 26th) at 7AM EDT. This is exclusive to the server uniform.gendns.com.
Maintenance Description
We are replacing a small degraded hardware component as part of regular maintenance. The server will be powered down for a short time. We will have backups on hand, but we do not foresee any problems.
Maintenance Schedule
Maintenance will begin Friday April 26th, at 7:00 AM EDT.
Maintenance is expected to complete within 15 minutes after start, on Friday April 26th, at 7:15 AM EDT. Please prepare for up to 1 hour of downtime in case more time is needed to complete maintenance.
Expected Impact
During the maintenance schedule above, you will experience a complete outage for 15 minutes. Your website will not be available, and you are recommended to prepare for this 15 minute outage. You may take steps such as pausing your paid ads, hold on social media posts, and refrain from sending visitors to your website(s) until maintenance has completed.
