Juliet Server Outage
Notice to GlowHost Customers,
This notification affects customers that host with us on the Juliet server located in our Phoenix datacenter .
Our datacenter team has informed us that they have experienced a power outage on the server Juliet in the Phoenix location. Our techs are working hard on resolving the issue to restore the affected infrastructure as quickly as possible to bring services back up.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work diligently to restore service. We will post updates here once more information is available.

Status Update,
Due to the power outage, the juliet server's main HDD has been corrupted. We are working on OS restoration and afterwards data will be moved from the backup drive.
Updates will follow.

We were able to get the server up and running without an OS reload. Please check your websites, and in case you face any issues, please open a ticket with us from your MyGlow account -> HelpDesk Trouble Tickets.
