GNAX Outage Updates
While we are still waiting on more information, here is what we know at the current time. At approx noon EST the GNAX data center in Atlanta where the majority of our servers are located experienced a massive power outage that affected a large portion of the servers that we have there.
Currently some of the servers are back online and they are bringing the remaining ones online as soon as they can. if you would like to know the current status of your server you can use the network status monitor here:

Please let me be the first one to apologize for this inconvenience and do know that we are aware of the situation.
At this point, calling in and submitting trouble tickets is only going to slow the process for a resolution. All available techs are dealing with the matter.
I will try to post here as more information is divulged.

The majority of the servers are back online now. All reseller, shared, and dedicated servers have been restored with the exception of a couple internal servers which we will be looking into now. 99.99% of you should not have issues connecting at this point.
If you have any problems now, feel free to use the helpdesk regarding database or any other software specific issues that you may encounter.
