This is an important scheduled maintenance notice from GlowHost that affects our Dallas location. Please read the following information carefully.

Please be advised that on October 29th, 2026, the core network equipment in our Dallas location will be undergoing a brief maintenance.

Maintenance Window: Maintenance will begin on October 29th (Thursday), starting at 12:30 AM US Eastern. Maintenance is expected to conclude at 1:30 AM US Eastern, on the same day.

Numerous precautions are in place to ensure that the maintenance happens as seamlessly as possible. While we do anticipate an interruption to the network lasting up to 30 minutes, we ask that you prepare for potential downtime of the full maintenance window in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

As with any maintenance and at all times, all GlowHost clients are encouraged to make sure that they have downloaded recent backups of the account data. In fact, making sure you have recent backups at all times is part of best practices when maintaining a website.
