Please be advised that on November 14th, the Montreal facility will be undergoing a brief network maintenance.

Maintenance Window: Maintenance will begin on Monday, November 14th starting at 9:00 PM EST. Maintenance is expected to conclude at 10:30 PM EST.

Numerous precautions are in place to ensure that the maintenance happens as seamlessly as possible. While we anticipate a temporary interruption lasting no longer than 5 minutes, we do ask that you prepare for potential downtime of the full maintenance window in the case of unforeseen circumstances.

As with any maintenance and at all times, all GlowHost clients are encouraged to make sure that they have downloaded recent backups of account data. In fact, making sure you have recent backups at all times is part of best practices when maintaining a web site.
